Clipzon

Terms of Service

The rules for using Clipzon to create, download, and publish AI-assisted video clips.

Last updated: September 6, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Clipzon, including our website, web app, APIs, video processing tools, AI-generated captions, titles, descriptions, exports, and social publishing features.

By using Clipzon, you agree to these Terms. If you use Clipzon on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may connect third-party accounts such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Kick, Google, Clerk, or billing providers only if you have the right to authorize Clipzon to access them.

3. Content rights and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the clips generated for you. You grant Clipzon a limited license to download, store, process, transcribe, analyze, render, and deliver that content so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have all required rights, permissions, and licenses for source videos, audio, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted material, and any content you publish or download through Clipzon.

You must not use Clipzon to process or publish illegal content, infringing content, harmful content, deceptive content, non-consensual content, or content that violates a third-party platform’s rules.

4. AI outputs

Clipzon uses AI systems to identify candidate moments and generate captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and related metadata. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for a specific platform or audience.

You are responsible for reviewing all clips and generated text before downloading, publishing, or relying on them.

5. Social publishing

If you connect a social account, you authorize Clipzon to publish selected clips and metadata to that account only after your explicit action in the app.

Third-party platforms may reject, remove, restrict, demonetize, or change the visibility of posts. Clipzon does not control platform review, ranking, monetization, reach, moderation, or account enforcement decisions.

You are responsible for complying with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Twitch, Kick, and any other applicable platform terms and community guidelines.

6. Plans, credits, and billing

Clipzon may offer free and paid plans. Credits, limits, features, watermark settings, maximum clip counts, clip durations, and social publishing access may vary by plan.

Paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and invoices may be handled by our billing provider. Your subscription remains subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including features that depend on third-party APIs, platform approvals, quotas, rate limits, or policy changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Clipzon after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Clipzon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that clips will go viral, generate revenue, avoid moderation, or meet every platform requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipzon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform enforcement, or business interruption.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to the support contact published inside Clipzon or in the relevant app marketplace/developer profile.
